While the Winnebago Micro Minnie is considered a lightweight camper, it still requires a pretty good size tow vehicle to safely tow the trailer, such as a half-ton truck or full-size SUV.

Pros

  • 3-year limited structural warranty and 1-year limited base warranty.
  • Smaller compact sizes and lighter weights make the trailer easier to handle and tow.
  • Narrower 7-foot width makes it easier to see down the sides of the camper while towing and eliminates the need for extended tow mirrors.
  • Double axle provides a smoother and more stable ride for a better towing experience.
  • Upgraded and larger off-road tires give the trailer better off-road handling and capability.
  • Heated and enclosed holding tanks and 12V tank pad heaters allow for extended camping.

  • Some models feature a two-piece dry bath with no bathroom sink as opposed to a full three-piece dry bath.
  • As is the case with most RVs, build quality can be a little lacking, as it’s not uncommon to have manufacturer defects that need to be corrected.
  • Lacks an inverter, which allows you to convert DC power to AC power while off-grid and boondocking.
  • Poor outdoor speaker quality.
  • Smaller models only have a 3 person sleeping capacity.
