There are three main work vans used for Class B RVs, including the RAM ProMaster, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and the Ford Transit.
However, the RAM ProMaster is by far the most popular choice with van lifers and RV manufacturers.
Thanks to the ProMaster’s excellent reliability, more affordable price, and wider square body.
So to help you find all the different RAM ProMaster Class B RVs, we did a ton of research to find every production RAM ProMaster Class B RV available today.

1. Winnebago Solis Pocket
Quick Specs
- Price: $80,000
- Chassis: RAM ProMaster
- Length: 17 Feet 10 Inches
- Trim Levels: 36A
- Sleeping Capacity: 3 (4 with Optional Front Cab Air Mattress)
- Bathroom: Porta Potti
Inspired by the more simplistic van builds from the recent van life movement, the Winnebago Solis Pocket is the little brother to the larger and more well-equipped Winnebago Solis (#3 on this list),
As the Solis Pocket is only 17-feet 10-inches in length and offers a very simplistic and minimalist build-out, with features such as a raised rear Murphy+ bed, a small camp side kitchenette, a convertible dinette area, and two swivel captain chairs in the front cab.
Winnebago Solis Pocket 36A Floorplan
Thanks to this more simplistic and basic build-out though, Winnebago is able to offer the Solis Pocket at a very affordable price compared to other Class B RVs, with an average retail price of $80,000.
Making it one of the cheapest Class B RVs on the market today.
To see other cheap Class B RVs, check out our article “The 10 Cheapest Class B RVs You Can Buy!“.
The one major drawback of the more simplistic Solis Pocket build-out though is its lack of a true bathroom.
As the Winnebago Solis Pocket only offers a small porta-potty, which might be a deal-breaker for those looking for a completely self-contained camper van.
For more information on the Winnebago Solis Pocket, be sure to check out Winnebago’s website by clicking here.
2. Thor Motor Coach Scope
Quick Specs
- Price: $80,000
- Chassis: RAM ProMaster
- Length: 17 Feet 11 Inches (Without Ladder)
- Trim Levels: 18T, 18M
- Sleeping Capacity: 2 (4 When Optioned with Pop-Top Sleeping Loft)
- Bathroom: 3-Piece Wet Bath
Similar in many ways to the Winnebago Solis Pocket from above, the Thor Scope is a small Class B RV that features a very basic and simple build-out at an affordable price.
In fact, the Thor Scope is so affordable that it’s tied with Winnebago Solis Pocket as the cheapest Class B RV you can buy.
There are a few key differences though between these two very similar Class B RVs.
Thor Motor Coach Scope 18M Floorplan
As the Thor Scope offers two different trim levels and floorplans, including the 18T and the 18M, while the Winnebago Solis Pocket only offers one trim level and floorplan option.
And if you’re looking for a trim level and floorplan that offers a full bathroom, you’re in luck.
As the Thor Scope 18M, features a full three-piece wet bath, with a combined shower, toilet, and bathroom sink.
Making the Thor Scope the superior choice over the Winnebago Solis Pocket, if you’re looking for a basic completely self-contained camper van.
In addition, it should be pointed out that the Thor Scope is the sister RV to the Thor Rize, which means that they’re identical RVs with the exception of their badging and interior color scheme.
So whether you’re looking at the Thor Scope or the Thor Rize, just know that you’re looking at pretty much the exact same RV.
For more information on the Thor Motor Coach Scope, be sure to check out Thor’s website by clicking here.
3. Winnebago Solis
Quick Specs
- Price: Starting at $88,000
- Chassis: RAM ProMaster
- Length: 19 Feet 9 Inches or 21 Feet (Depending on Trim Level)
- Trim Levels: 59P, 59PX
- Sleeping Capacity: 2 (4 When Optioned with Pop-Top Sleeping Loft)
- Bathroom: 2-Piece Wet Bath
The Winnebago Solis is the big brother to the Winnebago Solis Pocket from above, as it offers several key upgrades over the smaller and more basic Solis Pocket.
Most noticeable of which is its size, as the Solis is anywhere from two to three feet longer compared to the Solis Pocket, depending on its trim level, providing more interior space and giving the van a much larger feel inside.
Winnebago Solis 59PX Floorplan
But the upgrades don’t just stop with the larger size though, as the Solis also offers several other features not available on the Solis Pocket.
Including a two-piece wet bath, a four-person dinette, an Eco-Hot water system, and an available pop-top sleeping loft, which increases the sleeping capacity of the Solis up to four.
To see other Class B RVs capable of sleeping four, check out our article “10 Amazing Class B RVs that Actually Sleep 4“.
Despite all these upgrades though, the Winnebago Solis is still an affordable camper van with pricing starting around $88,000 and topping out at well under $100,000 for the largest and most loaded version.

4. Pleasure-Way Tofino
Quick Specs
- Price: $89,000
- Chassis: Low Roof RAM ProMaster
- Length: 17 Feet 9 Inches
- Sleeping Capacity: 4
- Bathroom: N/A
The Pleasure-Way Tofino is the only production Class B RV built with the low roof RAM ProMaster.
Which affords the Tofino several unique advantages over the more traditional high roof design, including improved drivability due to a much lower center of gravity, reduced susceptibility to sway while driving in high winds, and a much less conspicuous design.
As the Tofino looks a lot like a large passenger van from the outside, thanks to its lower roofline and tinted windows that run the length of the van.
Making it the ideal choice for those looking to do more stealth or urban camping.
Pleasure-Way Tofino Floorplan
However, the lower roof on the Pleasure-Way Tofino does have one obvious disadvantage though, which is its interior ceiling height.
Because unless you’re standing in the middle of the camper van at the access point to the pop-top sleeping loft, the Tofino only offers a 5-foot interior ceiling height.
Which greatly reduces the functionality and usability of the van.
In addition, if you’re someone that wants a completely self-contained camper van, the Pleasure-Way Tofino is not going to be a good option, as the Tofino has no bathroom.
If, however, you’re looking for a stealthy camper van that gives you some basic functionality and convenience while on the road and a comfortable place to sleep at night, the Pleasure-Way Tofino might just be the right fit for you.
For more info on the Pleasure-Way Tofino, be sure to check out Pleasure-Way’s website by clicking here.
5. Thor Motor Coach Sequence
Quick Specs
- Price: Starting at $94,000
- Chassis: RAM ProMaster
- Length: 21 Feet 1 Inch (Without Ladder)
- Trim Levels: 20L, 20K, 20A, 20J
- Sleeping Capacity: 2 (4 When Optioned with Pop-Top Sleeping Loft)
- Bathroom: 3-Piece Wet Bath
The Thor Motor Coach Sequence is one of the best options on the market today if you’re looking for a reasonably priced full-featured self-contained Class B RV.
As the Thor Sequence has an average retail price starting at under $100,000, while still offering every feature and amenity you’ll need to be completely self-sufficient while camping.
Including up to a four-person sleeping capacity when optioned with the pop-top sleeping loft, a two or three-piece wet bath depending on the trim level, plenty of seating, and a full-featured galley.
And thanks to numerous off-grid friendly features, such as a 27-gallon freshwater tank, 24-pound propane tank, dual 100-Ah lithium-ion house batteries, 190-watt roof-mounted solar panel, 3,000-watt inverter, and an underhood generator/alternator, the Thor Sequence is capable of boondocking in the backcountry for multiple days at a time.
Thor Motor Coach Sequence 20J Floorplan
In addition, there are also numerous available trim levels and floorplans on the Sequence, including the 20L (Opposing Sofas), the 20K (Expanding Sleeper Sofa), the 20A (Fold-Up Bed with Storage), or the 20J (Rear Sofa Bed System).
Also, like the Thor Scope from above, it should be pointed out that the Thor Sequence is the sister RV to the Thor Tellaro, which means that they’re identical RVs with the exception of their badging and interior color scheme.
So whether you’re looking at the Thor Sequence or the Thor Tellaro, just know that you’re looking at pretty much the exact same RV.
For more information on the Thor Motor Coach Sequence, make sure to check out Thor’s website by clicking here.
6. Jayco Swift
Quick Specs
- Price: Starting at $102,000
- Chassis: RAM ProMaster
- Length: 20 Feet 11 Inches
- Trim Levels: 20A, 20T
- Sleeping Capacity: 2
- Bathroom: 3-Piece Wet Bath
The Jayco Swift is a relatively new entrant into the RAM ProMaster Class B RV space and is the first Class B RV that Jayco has produced.
However, despite this being Jayco’s first attempt at a Class B RV, the Swift is a very well-equipped and put-together camper van.
As it’s a completely self-contained camper van with every feature and amenity you’ll need for a quick weekend getaway or for an extended camping trip.
As the Jayco Swift comes standard with a three-piece wet bath, a full-featured galley, sleeping space for two, an Onan 2800-watt generator, a 1,000-watt inverter, two 12V AGM house batteries, and a 190-watt roof-mounted solar panel.
Jayco Swift 20A Floorplan
And if you want to go more “green” with your off-grid camping power, Jayco also offers a Li version of the Swift.
Which eliminates the Onan 2800 gas generator and replaces it with a 48V 210 Ah lithium-ion battery system, 200-watts of solar power, a 3,500-watt inverter, and a second 48V alternator.
Available in two different trim levels and floorplans, including the 20A and the 20T, the 20A is by far the most unique and interesting floorplan.
As it features four separate passenger seats at the front, a mid-wet-bath, and a rear galley, which also doubles as a bedroom, thanks to a pull-out bed for two.
For more information on the Jayco Swift, be sure to check out Jayco’s website by clicking here.
7. Coachmen Nova

- Price: Starting at $105,000
- Chassis: RAM ProMaster
- Length: 20 Feet 11 Inches
- Trim Levels: 20C, 20RB
- Sleeping Capacity: 2
- Bathroom: 3-Piece Wet Bath
Another relatively new entrant into the RAM ProMaster Class B RV space is the Coachmen Nova.
But unlike Jayco, this is not Coachmen’s first Class B RV.
As Coachmen has been making both the Galleria and the Beyond for years now.
The Nova, however, is far less expensive compared to their previous two Class B RVs, with an average retail price starting at just over $100,000.
Which places the Coachmen Nova towards the bottom end of Class B RV pricing.
Coachmen Nova 20C Floorplan
Despite its more budget-friendly price, however, the Nova is still a very capable and well-equipped camper van.
As it offers numerous upgrades over your standard budget Class B RV.
Including solid hardwood cabinetry, dual-pane acrylic windows, Truma Combi Eco Plus furnace/water heater, three AGM batteries, 220-watts of solar, and Rockwool R-15 insulation throughout the coach.
And like the Jayco Swift from above, if you want to go more “green” with your off-grid camping power, you can option the Nova with the Li3 lithium battery system, which includes a 630 Ah lithium battery, a second underhood alternator, and a Xantrex XC Power 3,000-watt inverter.

Which deletes the Onan 2800-watt gas generator found on the standard Travato trim levels (59G and 59K) and replaces it with a three-module lithium-ion energy pack, 3,600-watt inverter, an energy pack heating system, and a second dedicated alternator for the house batteries.
